GOOGLE ADS & META AUDITS

Independent Google Ads and Meta Ads audits

I’ll review your Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts against your business goals and give you clear priorities and a practical plan to act on. One-off review, with no ongoing commitment.

An independent view of your paid media

You’re already investing in ads, but the next step isn’t always clear. Results may have stalled, acquisition costs may be rising, or the reporting may leave you unsure where to put your budget.

A paid media audit gives you an outside view of the accounts and the decisions behind them. I’ll look at how your campaigns, tracking and landing pages support the enquiries, sales or sign-ups your business needs.

Who this is for

Businesses and organisations already running Google Ads or Meta campaigns, whether managed in-house or by an agency. It’s a useful starting point when you want to review performance, check a proposed change or make a better-informed budget decision.

Already working with an agency? You can keep that relationship. The report gives you findings and specific recommendations to discuss with whoever manages your campaigns.

What does a Google Ads or Meta audit cover?

The review covers the agreed accounts, their available data and the journey from an ad to a useful business outcome.

Campaign structure and budget

For Google Ads, I’ll review campaign structure, search terms, negative keywords, bidding and budget allocation, including Performance Max where relevant. For Meta, I’ll review campaign objectives, audiences, exclusions and how the budget is distributed.

Tracking and meaningful results

I’ll check what the accounts count as a conversion and how that relates to your actual goals. This includes available conversion-tracking and attribution settings, and Meta Pixel and Conversions API setup where relevant.

Ads, creative and landing pages

I’ll review ad messages, assets and the pages people reach after clicking. For Meta, I’ll also look at creative performance and signs of fatigue. The aim is to identify gaps between the audience, the message and the action you want people to take.

Priorities across channels

For a combined Google Ads and Meta audit, I’ll review how the platforms work together and where their roles or budgets need to be clearer. Findings are prioritised by relevance to your goals, the evidence available and the effort needed to act.

Your audit options

Start with a free 30-minute intro call. We’ll discuss your goals, the account size and what you need from the review, then I’ll confirm the scope, fee and start date before work begins.

Every audit includes

  • A written report explaining what I found and why it matters

  • Clear instructions your team or agency can use to make changes

  • A prioritised list of improvements for this week, this month and this quarter

  • A 30-day action plan setting out where to start

  • A 45-minute walkthrough call, followed by email support to clarify the findings

Where the data allows, I’ll estimate how much of your monthly ad spend is affected by an issue and explain how I calculated it. This is not a guarantee of savings.
Pricing and next steps
Starting prices cover smaller accounts on a single advertising platform. Larger or more complex accounts are quoted individually. All prices are final, with no VAT to add.

The report is yours to keep and use with your team or agency. There’s no obligation to buy further support.

1. Talk through your priorities

In our free 30-minute call, we’ll discuss what you want the ads to achieve, what concerns you and how the accounts are currently managed.

2. Agree the review and start date

I’ll confirm the scope, price, access needed and start date. Once the review begins, I’ll assess the agreed accounts and prepare the findings and recommendations.

3. Understand what to change next

We’ll walk through the report in a 45-minute call. You’ll leave with clear priorities and instructions for the people making the changes, with email follow-up for questions after the call.

Questions about the audit

Can I book an audit if I already have an agency?

Yes. An independent review can help you assess performance and discuss priorities with your agency. You receive the report and recommendations; changing provider is not a condition of the audit.

Is this a Google Ads audit or a wider PPC audit?

You can choose Google Ads, Meta, or both. We’ll agree the accounts and platforms before starting. Other advertising platforms are not included unless separately agreed.

What access will you need?

I’ll explain the viewing access needed for your advertising accounts and any relevant measurement tools before the audit starts. You retain ownership of the accounts, and the review does not include making changes to them.

How long will it take?

Smaller single-platform audits take 5 working days. Larger or more complex single-platform audits, and all combined Google Ads and Meta audits, take 10 working days. We’ll agree the start date after the intro call.

Will you make the recommended changes?

Implementation is separate from the audit. You can give the instructions to your team or agency, or ask me to discuss a separate implementation scope and fee.

What if my account is smaller?

We can discuss suitability in the intro call. The amount and quality of data matter as well as the budget; I’ll tell you if this audit is not the right starting point.

Do I have to sign up for ongoing management?

No. This is a one-off review. You keep the report and can decide what to do next.

Let’s find your next paid media priorities

Tell me what your ads need to achieve and where you’d like a second opinion. We’ll use the intro call to decide whether an audit is a useful next step for your business.
